A lot of self-esteem problems stem from the inability to deal with fear or uncertainty. Perhaps the desire to achieve perfection. No one is perfect and everyone has doubts, but you can learn to live with that and be happy. Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on creating a happier, healthier you.
