Relationship issues are complex and emotional, and so there is potential for a great variety of problems to arise which are difficult to deal with rationally. Hypnotherapy can be used to address many of these problems to help strengthen existing relationships (both personal and professional), to build new ones and also to help you move on after painful broken relationships.
Relationship issues are wide-ranging, but can include:
Feelings of insecurity, jealousy, anger or guilt
Lost feelings of love and intimacy
Feelings of mistrust
Feeling undervalued, worthless, abused or mistreated
Feelings of not being able to find the right person
Inability to form new relationships
Being unable to make amends with a friend or work colleague
The tension between parent and child
The feeling of being trapped in a relationship which you wish to end
The feelings that two people have for each other can be eroded by the negative thought patterns associated with feelings of insecurity about the relationship.
It can be difficult to make the step to seek help external to the relationship, but the advantage of using hypnotherapy is that it tackles the negative thought patterns and emotions which are impacting your relationship where they arise - in the subconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy can enable you to reassess past events more positively, gain a different perspective so that you can see the other person's view more and allow healing in the relationship to occur.
Hypnotherapy can be used to improve your confidence and self-esteem, help you relax more with others, and improve your communication. This will give you the self-belief to help you mend and enhance existing relationships and build new ones.
