After booking an appointment with Beverley whether by telephone or email, in accepting the appointment, you the client, also agree to the following conditions.

 

Appointment and deposit
All appointments are subject to a 50% deposit. The final balance specified in the appointment must be paid at the end of the session by either cheque with a bankers card as a guarantee or by cash. 

 

Cancellations or re-scheduling 

If you need to cancel a session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the full session fee is payable.

 

Rescheduling before the 48-hour deadline will allow the deposit to be transferred to the new appointment. The terms and conditions for cancelling will be the same for the new appointment.

What to expect from a consultation session  

Before you start any of our treatments, hypnotherapist and client will discuss the intended alterations or therapeutic goals desired.
I will ask you to complete the medical history of general health and lives style.  to decide on the best approach for the individual this is important information, and I will go through it with you at the time of the consultation.

 

Payments

Payment for the full session fee can be made by cheque with a bank card as guarantee, or by cash. The fee must be paid in full by the end of each session.
